Divine Services & Foundations, Inc. (DSF, Inc.) is a Maryland-based nonprofit serving the Maryland and Washington, DC metropolitan area through empowerment programs, coaching, consulting, life-skills education, youth development, community education and collaborative initiatives that strengthen self-worth, self-advocacy, emotional wellness, healthy relationships, leadership and personal transformation.

Angel Akinwale, Founder, President & CEO
Angel Akinwale founded DSF, Inc. from a deeply held belief that healing, self-worth, education and supportive community can change the direction of a person’s life. She leads the organization’s strategic vision, community relationships and development of empowerment-centered initiatives for youth, adults and families.
Her leadership approach emphasizes dignity, practical growth, resilience, self-advocacy and helping people recognize the power they already possess to build healthier, purpose-driven futures.
